Yes...cutting 1% of the budget was very painful...the rhetoric is just starting as one would expect...so the campaigning is officially beginning. I am a little surprised that they did not force a little more fever pitch drama by trying some other rediculous antics into the weekend..."Painful" cuts with "very hard choices" ...indeed!
